The defendant, Brown, appeals his sentence and conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of possession of a firearm as a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. appendix Γ§ 1202(a)(1). He asserts three errors: (1) that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he possessed the firearm in question; (2) that the Court erred in allowing testimony concerning the location of defendant's car at the house where the firearm was found, the defendant's pretrial admission of conviction of a felony and unresponsive answers by an FBI agent concerning prior arrests and by a police detective that ""I had placed [defendant] under arrest for possession of burglary tools""; and (3) that the District Court erred in overruling defendant's motion to suppress the firearm in question.
